Agrees to submit to the Racing Rules of Sailing of ISAF (RRS), the requirements of RFEV, Class Rules, the Notice of Race, Race Instructions, and I admit that the penalties may be imposed, and other actions to be taken under these Rules are subject to appeals and revisions in the anticipated final decisions on any matters relating to those accepted rules do not refer to any of them aware of any court. I recognize that, as indicated by the Fundamental Rule 4 of Part 1 of the Racing Rules of Sailing of ISAF, it is my sole responsibility to decide whether or not to take out or if I continue in the test and agree not to submit to court any court or any matter relating to that decision and its consequences and its ECISION. I have knowledge of Service Instruction 2 / 1999 of the Directorate General of Merchant Marine Chapter 2 Section 7 which reads: "Warning to the participants before the start of evidence, that the vessels may participate only if they are regularly released to navigating the waters of which pass the test, and if their employers have sufficient evidence for the government."
